"...You have been an inspiration, support and guiding light for me though some very difficult and challenging phases...I feel you have really helped me grow, mature and make good decsions, and able to see things in a light that is true to myself...." Client, October 2015

I specialize in working with women, couples, substance abuse and trauma. I do more then just listen. I facilitate tapping into innate, deep wisdom as a means of supporting your own growth and unfolding. I work with you to integrate all aspects of your being- your mind, body, emotional and spiritual existence. I will walk next to you and provide the map, while we explore the terrain of your existence. I am committed to emotional safety and being a supportive, non-judging other who can witness, affirm and guide exploration. I work with clients in an experiential way, facilitating deep contact with experiences both past and present in moment-to-moment processing.
