Dana Bloch

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

I help people get to know themselves on a deeper level, make sense of their biggest challenges and most difficult life events, and uncover their own internal compass and unique way of navigating all of life’s terrain.  Sometimes I lead, sometimes I follow.  But I always know where we are going and I keep us on the right path.  And that is to a deep sense of self in which you know what you need and what you need to do to live the life you are meant to have.

After working in education for 9 years, first as a high school teacher, then one-on-one with students with mild to moderate learning disorders, and then starting my own family, it became clear to me that my true calling is to work with people on a deeper, emotional level.

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I am currently receiving ongoing training and supervision in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) by Julie Baker Chouteau, LMFT, and have training in Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and iRest yoga nidra. I also bring experience from my own adventures in motherhood, marriage, and life.

I am here to help you reconnect with yourself. To get in touch with a deeper sense of self.  To hear your own voice. To move forward.
